Return Policy

Replacement

All our orders are properly Quality Checked before dispatch. In case the item received is defective (such as a tear or a stain on the product), damaged in transit or if you receive the wrong item, please reach out to us within 5 days of delivery. We will get the product replaced free of cost. 

*Please note: Products may differ slightly in colour from what is shown in the pictures.*


PROCESS: 

If you receive a faulty item, just send us pictures of the defective product along with the original packaging in which the product was received, showing the shipping label and the customer details on it clearly for verification to support@hangookd.in along with your order number within 5 days of delivery.

If the item delivered to you is faulty or withers off in the first wash, we'll send you a free reshipment. You don't have to send it back to us :) All we'd need would be a picture of the faulty item.

Cancellation Policy

If you wish to cancel your order, please reach us at support@hangookd.in within 1 hour after placing the order. After 1 hour, the order gets processed automatically.


Exchanges & Returns

7-DAY RETURNS

Items purchased from Hangookd are eligible for returns or exchanges, if requested within 7 days of delivery.

FREE EXCHANGES

If you want to change the size or color of the product, we accept exchanges of any product free of cost. This means you won't be charged extra to exchange the product(s). It's on us! We want your experience to be hassle-free.

However, in some cases, the cost of some variants vary, for e.g, the cost of XL and 2XL Unisex tees are different. If the exchange is made between such variants, the following will happen:

-If the value of the replacement product exceeds that of the previously purchased product, you can pay just the difference.

-If it's less, the same can be refunded to you as store credit.

RETURNS & EXCHANGE PROCESS

-- Step 1:

Maintain good condition. Items must be returned unused, unwashed, unworn with all original tags attached. Make sure you put the item(s) back in the original package in the same way it was delivered.

-- Step 2:

Access our returns center & follow necessary steps.

-- Step 3:

Our team schedules a pick-up that should take up to 3-5 days. The product would have to reach our facility for quality inspection.

(In case of RETURNS, the reverse pickup is Rs. 120 chargeable; which will be deducted from the amount spent on the product. The shipping fee [COD amount of Rs. 60] is non-refundable).

The customer can ship the products for return to: Hangookd, 122, tower-6, River Heights, Raj Nagar Extension, Ghaziabad, UP - 201017 

This process may take anywhere between 10 - 15 working days.


SECOND EXCHANGES COME AT A COST

Second exchanges for the same order will not be free. We give you 2 options:

  1. You can ship the product on your behalf or have it physically dropped off at our office (if you are in NCR).
  2. We have it picked up for a Flat fee of Rs. 120. Our team will send you a link to make the payment. The pickup will only be scheduled after the payment has been completed.

WHAT ITEMS CANNOT BE EXCHANGED?

Any custom product that was specially made for the customer cannot be exchanged/returned. 
Exchange is also not allowed on Accessories (Phone Cases, Tote Bags, Coasters, Caps, Sipper Bottles etc.)

CAN THE PRODUCT BE EXCHANGED AFTER 30 DAYS IF THE COLOR FADES OUT?

After the 7 days exchange period - we cannot exchange the product. The color will fade after multiple washes and rigorous use.


Refunds

NO CASH REFUND

Hangookd does not offer a cash refund on returns of the online orders from our website.

Please note that a Store Credit in the form of a Gift Card is given instead of a refund. The cost of reverse shipping i.e. - Getting us to collect it from you, will come at a cost of INR 120 which will be borne by the customer. The store credit will be issued after deducting INR 120 from the price of the products returned, once delivered back to us and QC is done.

Store credits can be used to purchase anything from our store within the next 6 months.

COD shipping charges will not be refunded.

REFUND TIMELINE

Refunds can take up to 7-10 working days as we have to wait for the product to reach our warehouse & pass quality inspection. We get products that are soiled, worn, washed & sometimes not get products that belong to us hence QC is mandatory :-)

ITEMS ON SALE

Items on sale will not be eligible for returns, but we'll be happy to exchange!
