- Faulty Item Received

If you receive a faulty item, just send us a picture of it to support@hangookd.in along with your order number within 5 days of delivery. If the item deliver to you would be faulty or if withers off in the first wash, we'll send you a free reshipment. You don't have to send it back to us :) All we'd need would be a picture of the faulty item.

 

- What Items cannot be exchanged

Any custom product that was specially made for the customer cannot be exchanged/returned. 
Exchange is also not allowed on Accessories (Phone Cases, Tote Bags, Coasters, Caps, Sipper Bottles etc.)

 

- Not delivered on time 

We totally understand that it's highly frustrating not to receive the orders on time. You might have ordered it for a special occasion or you simply don't like waiting. We usually ship the order from our factory within 2-4 days of receiving it. And it takes up to 5-10 days by the shipping companies to make your order reach you. But, in some cases it might be delayed due to post office issues. Every post office can't accommodate packages after a certain limit, hence the delays are caused.

We'd really appreciate if you wait for your order for a few more days. We'll always be there to assist you let you know about it's status. You'll have the tracking details too to keep a check on the status.

It gets very difficult for us to cancel the order after it leaves our factory. So once it leaves our factory, it will reach you :)

- Wrong size received

If you've received the wrong size, please check the order you placed with us. We've seen in most of the cases that the wrong size if selected by our customers when they place the order. In cases like those, please contact support so that we can guide with the process of exchanges in this case.

If you ordered the right size, but still got the wrong one, we'll be more than happy to send you a free reshipment :) Just let us know with a picture of it and we'll be there to get it done for you.

 

- I ordered by mistake/I'm no longer interested

The orders can't be cancelled after 1 hour of placing them.

 

- Will you have more designs, styles, and products often?

Yes, we will be releasing more styles and products weekly! Be sure to follow us on Instagram and enable notifications for sales and new arrivals!

 

- Do you ship worldwide?

We ship only in India, However, if you are based in the US, we have another store there, www.hangookd.com. Have fun shopping!

 

- How long will it take to receive my order?

Once you place your order, there will be a 4-5 business days processing period followed by a 5-8 day shipping period, depending on the type of product. All products have different production and shipment times. In total, it can take anywhere from 1-2 weeks to receive your items. Shipment times vary per order, please bear with us. Don't hesitate to email us if you have any questions regarding your shipment!  


- May I get a tracking number?

Yes, of course! The tracking link is generated once we ship the order. Email: support@hangookd.in with your order number if you are missing a tracking number and we will send you one at our soonest convenience. Please note that the order number is not your tracking number.  

  

- Will you email me when my order is shipped out?

Yes! You will get a confirmation email after you have placed your order, and another when your order is dispatched.  

 

- How can I pay?

We currently accept the following modes of payment: UPI, Debit & Credit cards, Net Banking, Wallets (Paytm, MobiKwik, Ola Money, JioMoney, Freecharge)

 

- What happens if I type in the wrong address? 

If you provide us with a wrong address and the shipment has not been sent out please email us at support@hangookd.in & we will change it to the correct address. If it has been sent out, it is not our responsibility to re-send that item with your new address, so please make sure to type in your correct address when placing your orders!

 

- Taxes & Duties:

The GST is included in the price of the products.

 

- Are these official merchandise?

We are providing unofficial merchandise of the Korean world, but these are the designs you can happily relate with.

 

-WASH CARE INSTRUCTIONS
 
Washing: Wash inside out with cold water with similar colours using a gentle cycle. 

Drying: Tumble dry low or hang-dry.

Ironing: If ironing is necessary, iron inside-out on the lowest setting

Don’ts: Do not bleach and do not dry clean.
